He is a good listener. He appears to be knowledgeable. The staff is absolutely horrendous... Swearing, flirting with patients, screwing up appt times, .... He really needs to do something about that. The staff is a running joke in newington.

I had a set appointment, but had to wait well over an hour, first in the waiting room and then in the exam room. Understandable, if there was an emergency but I could hear the Dr. discussing sports with a Drug Rep the whole time. They need better sound proofing too, as you could clearly hear conversations in the adjoining exam rooms which is a big privacy issue. The Dr.himself was nice as was the staff but after being late for work 3 times I gave up. They really need to learn not to over schedule.

He is a terrific MD! Unlike most,he really listens and is an excellent diagnostician. He takes his time with you and if he does not have the answers he helps you to find someone who does(specialists etc) I have been going to him for about 10 years and could not ask for a better MD. And BTW, I love his staff. They are friendly caring and know their stuff. I feel very comfortable when I'm there and enjoy chatting with them as it makes me feel more comfortable

Takes the time to answer questions and addresses concerns most of the time. Some of his staff is too casual.
