Be leery of any Mother-Goose like depictions of Marian Camden as they are most likely self-reviews or commentary from one of her cohorts. Camden is a disturbed individual with questionable credentials from a couple of diploma mills. It is odd, with such low-rung or questionable academic qualifications that she demands to be referred to as ‘Dr.’. Camden consorts with a number of corrupt attorneys and court-appointed ‘therapists’ who ‘fix’ custody cases. Camden no longer performs PRE’s or CFI’s as she was the subject of too many malpractice and fraud lawsuits. Most likely, Camden can no longer secure malpractice insurance to cover her PRE work, so, she operates only as a ‘therapist’ colluding with other members of the family court community to rig custody cases.

Marian has some rather odd ideas about religion that she enjoys sharing with and imprinting upon young children involving ‘earth goddesses’, sprites, fairies and other pagan entities. She (Marian) will at times pit one parent against another to create family distrust and produce chaos (which of course will require more ‘therapy’ and intervention). It is hard to imagine why a ‘therapist’ would engage in such activities other than the fact that she is seriously disturbed, power hungry or needs to create calamity in order to expand her services (and fees).

Marian has been the subject of many DORA investigations and civil lawsuits that focus on fraud, and her gross incompetence. Avoid this person at all costs if you value the health of your child or family.

Marian Camden is a human train wreck. When this train comes a rolling along, you’d best get off the tracks. There have been occasions, when dropping off my child for therapy, that Marian seems (and smells) intoxicated – she reeks of alcohol. My child has made similar remarks and mentioned some very odd observations about Ms. Camden’s behavior. Dr. Camden occasionally mutters racist epithets during an interview if she hears something that is not to her liking (my daughter is of mixed race). Ms. Camden might benefit from a 12- or more step program to help her with some ongoing issues before attempting to ‘help’ others. I wish that I had never taken my child to see this wreck of a human being. Take your time, and interview other parents who have had the displeasure of using Dr. Camden as a therapist before leaving a child alone with her. I wish that I had done so.

Dr. Camden is a remarkably empathetic and capable therapist. She helped my children years ago work through some emotional issues. It is truly amazing how a person with her skill and empathy can establish a relationship and increase understanding with a child who cannot express or quantify their own needs clearly. For a parent who is anxious about their child's welfare, I can think of no better recommendation than to consult with Dr. Camden. I noted the malicious review posted on this website which I find deeply disturbing. I cannot believe somebody would be so spiteful toward such a kind and capable person as Dr. Camden.
