Very condescending and poor communicator. Interrupted me several times while I was talking about symptoms (which became relevant later), did not acknowledge feelings during difficult process. Very machinelike.

"Wam bam thank you mam" type of medicine is not what I am paying for! Not only did Dr. Hong spend less than 5 minutes with me and evince almost no interest in the job at hand, she also spoke at such a rapid rate I could barely understand her [though I have a PhD]. She was also rude and dismissive. She needs a reminder about the importance of manners and honorifics!!
