His staff will not work you into his daily schedule if something happens suddenly, they refer you to Urgent Care(which means you have to fill out the Insurance info and necessary paperwork AGAIN) or to one of the other doctors in his association, one of which I've been misdiagnosed by twice.

You don't always see the Dr. that you are scheduled to see. Dr's rotate hospital visitation and are not in the office these weeks. I don't appreicate being passed off to a PA.
