Dr. Leventhal assisted me in my challenges over the past year. His nature. and knowledge guided me through loss of friends, to a wife with Alzheimer's , through the death of an oldest friend brother-in-law. If you would like someone to talk to, give him a visit.

Dr. Leventhal has been such a joy to work with! He has always given wonderful tips and advice on how to handle my anxiety/panic attacks. It seems like I’m starting to gain some of my life back after working with him. Highly recommend him if you are considering a psychologist.

“Dr. Leventhal actually is my daughter’s psychologist. My daughter had been diagnosed to have manic disorder and has been experiencing extreme mood swings and periods of psychosis. With his professional compassion caring demeanor and guidance, helped me to get the medical attention and care that she needed. She was placed on medication, Lexapro and Abilify, which has stabilized her bipolar mood swings and eliminated her psychosis episodes. She has tremendous trust in him and is having twice a week therapy sessions with him. I believe that she is now on a very good course.

I met Dr Leventhal 10/10/2012 with a mountain to climb. The cards were stacked against me and I was hyper sensitive to everything. So first thing I noticed about Dr Leventhal is that amazingly he was blessed with features very suitable to his roll. I could handle his inflection his facial expressions and general look of collegiate sensitivity and awareness. I pressed him a few times to see what he would do or say and when realizing he could keep a neutral reaction I allowed myself to implode because I knew he could pick me back up. It needed to happen. It was going to happen. He nailed it. And I truly did give him tons of hoops to jump through and craziness to endure. Nothing like trying decipher the code when you’re patient has been gaslighted her whole life and therefore sought every core science or logic to see for herself but had turned on herself and could not trust or believe anyone who could walk her back over that bridge. I know what he did. And he did it well. God bless

Dr. Leventhal helped me realize many of the dynamics in my family were detrimental to my well-being. I can't thank him enough for helping me develop my own tools to get my life and relationships in order. I highly recommend him for anyone who is struggling with finding direction in their life.

My wife and I have been going to Marital Counseling with Dr. Seth Leventhal for 3 years. We have been married for 52 years and we can say emphatically that Dr. Leventhal has helped us immensely. He is patient, kind with excellent insight into our problems. We both have mental health issues and Dr. Leventhal is careful to be fair to both of us during our sessions. As a physician myself, I found Dr. Leventhal to be knowledgeable and up to date on all issues both psychological and medical. My wife was especially appreciative of his gentle manner and willingness to adapt to crisis situations. She is grateful for his listening skills and felt heard. H and I really want to thank you so much for your remarkable insight into our relationship and the wonderful possibilities of making our relationship something very special. H and I discussed with you all of our issues and really opened up our hearts to you. You sat and you listened and then you spoke. Your words still resonate with us. You told us to dig down deep inside and think of what is important to us in our lives. H and I both had issues regarding who is in charge and in control of the relationship. You told us how to deal with this issue and to realize that most things are not that important to fight about. After several weeks of counseling, we graduated from therapy. You told us that you were so amazed that a couple with issues like ours were able to realize what was important in life and to take a step back when our buttons are pushed so not to have a full blown out war. We took your words to heart and now are able to move forward and even laugh at ourselves when an issue comes up. We are very Blessed and lucky to have had you recommended to us at our time of need.
