I have been seeing Dr. Bennett for about a year and a half, and I feel that the therapy in conjunction with the medication I take has been very helpful. I am not quick to trust and for that reason resisted therapy for years, but Mona made me feel at ease instantly. The staff at Cool Springs Psychiatric is always friendly and helpful, and the therapists work closely with the psychiatrists and LPNs on staff. CSP company policy does charge a fee if you cancel or reschedule an appointment without 24 hours notice, but Mona works and bills separately and has said on multiple occasions that if I ever feel like I can't come in, she would not charge for the missed appointment, even if I give notice the day of. I have and would definitely recommend her to my friends.
