We recently moved from the Medford, MA area, and we just hope we can find as excellent of a pediatrician in this area as we had with Dr. Clifford. She is not only an extremely knowledgable doctor, but has a great way of explaining things to us and our two children in a way we can understand. She also showed a lot of respect for us as parents, and always told us no one would know our children as well as we (the parents) do. On top of that, her office was always able to accomodate us for same-day visits when our children were sick, and her office is open both in the evenings and on Saturdays and Sundays (great for two working parents).

I agree with the two reviewers with low ratings. She is condescending. Several times when I asked questions about my child's conditions or treatments, she would appear offended and just shut the questions back. Once I told her about my child's eczema condition, she wouldn't even look closely and concluded it to be a pimple. I had to repeat to her multiple times for her to take a close look at the rash to acknowledge it to be an eczema condition. It takes a long time to schedule a physical. My child needed a physical for school sports and I was not able to schedule a physical to meet the deadline. The office refused to write a note to school to certify that my child is fit for sports so my child could not make it.

My husband and I are very happy with the care my children recieve from Dr. Clifford. She is very professional yet also approachable, friendly and great with my kids (my daughter wants to be Dr. Clifford when she grows up!). We never feel rushed during appointments, whether they be a well exam or a sick visit. All of our questions are answered thoroughly and we are never made to feel as though our questions are silly (though some i'm sure are). Overall, Dr. Clifford is wonderful!

My children have been with Dr. Clifford's practice for many years. The office staff is courteous and professional. The hours are very convenient, especially for working families such as ours. Dr. Clifford is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best diagnosticians I have ever met. She is thorough and relates well to our children, speaking to them directly when appropriate and answering all of their questions at the appropriate age level as well as my husband"s and mine . All of our children not only respect Dr. Clifford but they like her.

She only listen to my son's chest bliefly and decided he had ear infection. In fact, he had bronchitis . She gave him a wrong medicine. His fever did not decrease for over 48 hours and the wrong anti-biotic she gave makes him more sick. She's very unprofessional. She could kill a child easily by her mistakes. Do NOT use her.
