He has always made me feel comfortable and kept professional and personable. Recently his response times have been less than ideal, but otherwise he is fantastic.

There is no staff, just him running this out of his home. He doesn’t seem at all interested in helping, more just filling his schedule. He doesn’t remember anything you tell him, and offers zero solutions. Nothing to help, no ideas to try, no work that can be recommended to improve situations. He just simply sits and seems to listen, but then never remembers who you are. He isn’t interested in the patient. His concern is truly filling a schedule.
