My vitamin d is low and b12 and doctor would call me. She Never called, I called again Tuesday nurse again said she would leave a message for
doctor to call. I called Wednesday talked to a nurse she told me she would either call or doctor no one called me again.. I called again on thirsday was on hold
For over 20 mins same nurse told me same info. I am done with this office. I don’t have time to be chasing down doctor I’m nervous worried about my results and I’m shocked with this Treatment. My friends spoke So so highly I wish I could say the same. I will be finding a new physician asap.. I need a doctor more attentive after being released from Oncologist. So

Good doctors are hard to find (((sigh…)))

Good doctors are rare. This one's a great note taker + amazing at referring you to other doctors, to, you know RULE OUT, this n that. You know, the suggested ones I never did because they were unrelated... + after following up with her advice - Very costly, +still irrelevant. Well, you'll be able to cross those off for a year or five. But alas, you've only just begun! You get to look forward to yet more charges for this pretty lady to address those labs she told you to get, cause, if they can admit that after THEY ordered them, THEY should expect them and it's not really that odd to expect them to be read. I mean, you can try, like me to ask the office gal, but she thought the elevated protein number on mine might have been due to "maybe a protein bar you ate that day..." No silly, Dr Patel doesn't read them upon receipt + give her assessment on MyChart - cause that's not an option, no she'll have her girls give a quick update OR she can call you (a BILLED appointment over the phone) or you are gonna have to come back, of course, another bill but take some relief that you are considered now "an established patient" (thanks insurance co scammers!!!) After my charges, following insurance reached about 1600$ with no indicative results - only ANOTHER request that I need to come in AGAIN to “go over our notes”... Sorry, we’re done here :(

My conclusion - Maybe her fault, maybe not. Maybe she really would like to help but insurance makes it unaffordable but again, maybe she's a greed, hand-greaser like many of the others...
It's hard to find good medical care (((sigh)))

here's something funny, I tried 4xs to leave an honest (2-star) review and it kept showing "sorry, an error occurred".. Healthgrades wouldn't process the review.
Oh, how corrupt these reviews truly are...

I’ve been a patient of Dr Patel since February. She is an excellent physician unfortunately her staff is terrible. Since the one visit I’ve had her staff has lost test results, forgotten to call me back three times, called to schedule 2 month, 3 month and 4 month follow up appointments, when I ask what the appointments are for they say “I’ll call back” and never do. Finally today they called to schedule another appointment I informed them that I had switched doctors and wouldn’t be following with their office. Big surprise they called back to tell me about an imaginary outstanding bill that I had never heard of, been billed for, or contacted about until today. When I asked what it was for the receptionist responded with “I don’t know I didn’t see it before I just looked at your chart after I called.”
