Best counsel given to me ever! He listened to me very well… then he speaks in a way I clearly understood what he was saying. He literally changed my perspective in life. I can say I do have a lot to learn still, but I have hope where I didn’t have much hope before.

Dr. Handlan has changed my life forever, for the better! He speaks the truth. If you WANT to get better, he is the guy to go to. He is very knowledgeable and gives you the “How To” for the road to recovery. If you are WILLING to do the work, there is only one way you will go, FORWARD to a better life. His work ethic is very high and he is always on time for appointments. This guy knows recovery and is willing to walk you through it. Best counselor I have ever seen. Thank you Dr. Tom, for giving me a new perspectives on life. It’s not me, it’s what happened to me, and Self-care is not selfish!

Ive knows this man for over a decade. He is very self centered. Rude towards the young adults. He has personal relations with patients therefore he can be unprofessional. I'd find a different doctor with better intentions

Only EFFECTIVE psychologist/counselor I have ever been to. Excellent for adults, children, and families. One question that he asked me changed my life forever. I was a mess for 36 years and didn't even know it...miserable and in total emotional chaos. It's been 6 years, and I could never thank him enough for helping me find my "aha" moment in life. His insight has helped not only me, but my entire family. He is honest and straightforward. You may not always like what you hear, but in life sometimes the people that help you the most are the ones that tell you the truth. Thank you Dr. Handlan.
