scheduling staff are helpful but the helpfulness stops there. I've seen Dr. Jacobson as well as the nurse practitioner (whom is horrible). Dr. Jacobson can spend the entire visit never ever looking you in the eye which would be fine if he was on point. However, he isn't. I always leave feeling as if I have been ignored and not heard. It's so unfair and hard finding a good Dr. --keep looking because he isn't the one.
