I made an appointment 2 months in advance, advising them I have Cigna insurance. They waited until the date and time of my appointment to tell me they do not accept Cigna health plans. Very poor professionalism, communication, and knowledge of their services.

The absolute best! Always willing to take the time to explain, try different meds or dosage if something isn't working, fit me in if I'm having a problem. Super nice and helpful office staff, too!
