Horrible experience drug addicts selling prescriptions in parking lot. HIPPA violated over and over. She talks about charges against her and laughs at what she does. Several patients in last 2 years have died of overdoses after seeing her

federal fraud indictment finally as if it all isn't fraud when it comes to this one. Why she is still practicing is beyond reason, the applied behavior analysis name change from good old family and childrens. Do not be fooled, the doctor is ungodly as they come, unless God is in Vegas or on a gambling boat.

Is horrible. Although if your hooked on benzodiazepines and controlled substances you will love her. I don't see how she is still allowed to practice.

I believe the slang term is pill pusher. It has been reported she doesn't talk to her clients just writes scripts. They will drive from far away to see her. I hear the courts have trouble getting her to come to court to support her work.

The majority of professionals in the Louisville, KY area have had negative experiences with Dr. Booker. Service agencies have started recommending that patients see physicans other than Dr. Booker. Dr. Booker does not present herself as a professional and is non-cooperative with other community service providers. I have not met anyone who has had a positive experience with this doctor and I'm truely surprised that she still has her medical license.
