Not sure about others’ experiences, but Dr and her staff have been nothing but helpful for my son. Wait times are sometimes longer than desired, but overall she’s great.

Misdiagnosed my son. She said he only had a cold. She told him that people go to work feeling crummy and it's part of life so he should go to school. He was coughing so much that night, we took him to the ER where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. We have since changed doctors.

I don't recommend this doctor at all. She is a newly minted doc right out of med school with a condescending and over-the-top ego. She thinks she knows everything. Her bedside manner is cringe worthy. I don’t like the way she talks to our children. We are changing doctors.

Always friendly, prompt & professional. She has treated my little guys through allergies, asthma, falls, and GI issues. Love her staff; they treat you like a concerned parent and not a burden or nag.

Since moving to Edmond, 3 of my children have used Dr Prough for several years.Wonderful doctor. Sounds like writer of other rating had some bone to pick. My youngest child has aspergers and Dr Prough listened, diagnosed and has treated my son back into normalcy.

If you want a doctor who does not care about providing a solution, no bedside manner for your child, refusing to provide medication when needed, rude to a concern parent then Dr. Prough will be a perfect fit for you and your child. The worse pediatrician I have EVER encountered! I guess that's what you get for 3 years experience. Parents BEWARE!!!!
