Biased - She refused to let me make an appointment unless my daughter's father approved, and we had shared custody. She would not give me a copy of the bill. She looked like she was falling asleep during our meetings.

Evasive – Dr. Dvoskin,when assigned to evaluate a custody case failed to interview all appropriate persons. She had to be told to do so by the court. The court told her that she must complete assignments since she agreed to be contracted by the court. She was removed from the case by the court, once she said she was unable to be impartial.
