AVOID THIS PLACE!
The office staff are negligent and the doctors do not care. Almost every option on their answering service is routed to a voicemail so you cannot even speak to a live person for any kind of assistance and I find it necessary to call out Lorena (office medical assistant). She is an absolute C. U. N. T.! Lorena called me 03/17/2021 to reschedule my appointment and had the audacity to cut me off & raise her voice to me over the phone. She threatened me with a $50 fee and tried to hang up immediately after. I immediately called my insurance provider and filed a complaint about her lack of professionalism in addition to making this review. I also spoke with the office supervisor Lena. She was very nice and maintained a proper degree of professionalism during my call and provided me the necessary information. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!
