I personally have worked with Dr Menendez and I have never met another orthodontist who holds her knowledge and passion for this field higher than anything else. In the short time I worked with her, I knew she would be one of the best providers in El Paso. She is precise and knowledgeable in many cases, especially surgical cases and cleft palate cases. If my son needed retreatment from previous orthodontic work, I would send him her way. I have absolute trust and faith in her skills and knowledge. El Paso is blessed to have her providing the amazing skills she has.

I am nearing the end of my invisaline treatment. There have been significant changes in my teeth. I have received several positive comments regarding my teeth's appearance. As soon as you walk into the office the front office staff are so courteous and professional and make you feel at ease,
Dr. Menendez and her staff are very professional and qualified and show real empathy in dealing with their patients. Dr. Menendez demonstrates and explains every option, so the patient can make the best choice regarding their treatment. She and her staff are there always willing to go that extra mile to help the patient any way they can. I would definitely recommend Dr.Menendez .

I just finished up my Invisaline treatment- and I am so, so happy! I am grateful to the staff that greeted me happily and professionally every time I went in (often). Dr. Menendez was recommended to me by my dentist, Dr. Purdy, whom is very well respected in the dental field nationally. Dr. Menendez always took the time to explain every option and every detail- and made it seem as though I was her only patient on her mind when doing so. As an adult with braces, I can tell you I had a lot of concerns and questions. I felt comfortable in her competency and professionalism every step of the way. I am beyond grateful!!!

Dr. Silvia Menendez incorrectly applied brackets and wires which resulted in damage to teeth that were previously straight! This was initial treatment, which did not straighten out the teeth, but made them more diagonal and she was not prefessional, she made undisclosed changes that were not discussed and was not friendly. I would not recommend her due to the lack of knowledge and communication which resulted in mistakes. Now the teeth need to be fixed by another orthodontist, and the wires and brackets she put on need to be removed. Not pleased and the teeth damage was not discussed prior to application. This was not part of the treatment results.

I'm so happy I found Dr. Menendez to treat and prep me for jaw surgery. I don't know why but I had a gut feeling I had to consult with her when I was given her name and then visited her website. This is my second round in orthodontics with the past experience being a complete nightmare with another doctor. Dr. Menedez has a great energy. She is friendly, warm, personable and truly listens to her patients. That's not something you usually get these days in a doctor. She always answers my questions even via email. Most importantly she is an expert in her field and has the training to back it up. My treatment has been flying by with no complications. I have less pain and stress in my jaw and my teeth are looking better even without the surgery. I'm glad I stayed away from all the "chain" type orthodontic clinics that pop up all around the city and treat everyone like they're on an assembly line. Dr. Menendez's staff is also amazing, especially Grace. I felt welcomed and at ease at the office from day one. It's a good feeling knowing you're cared for during the scary process of jaw reconstruction surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Menendez for quality, personalized and almost boutique-like care!
