I have been to several chiropractors in the area and NONE have given the relief and help Dr. Legier has. He showed me exercises for my tight muscles and to strengthen them, which have helped TREMENDOUSLY!! I see him only once a month now (maintenance) and feel absolutely FANTASTIC! There aren't enough words to express my gratitude.

I have found Dr. Legier to be very thorough, kind, and gentle. I have visited other chiropractors and they sometimes hurt, but not him. The adjustments are painless and give tremendous relief. I am grateful to have him here in Rochester
