Dr Ledger saved my life. I had a infected hematoma in my stomach post c section from a diff dr. He took the case when noone else wanted to take it for fear of lawsuits. He was compassionate, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to cure me with the least invasive form of treatment. He promised me and my family that i would get better and i did. I owe him everything for saving my life. When i got better he gave me a hug and i actually saw tears in his eyes...he is the sweetest person ever!

I have been seeing Dr. Ledger for over 20 years. He is one of the most caring, compassionate, thorough, attentive doctors I've seen. He listens to what you have to say - he isn't dismissive like many doctors can be. He helped me when others couldn't. A great man!

Dr. Ledger understands that everyone is different. You are not just number to him. He is kind and compassionate and when you tell him you feel something, HE BELIEVES YOU!! I've been to other doctors who think they could just go by a book and treat you and tell you how or IF you're going to get better. Dr. Ledger gives the emotional strength (as well as medical) to get well. I sincerely love the man and I actually celebrate his birthday as though it were a holiday because I don't know what I would do if he weren't born.

Back in 1979 I was treated by Dr. Ledger for the after effects from peritonitis resulting from 6 days of a ruptured appendix. I was only 19 at the time and twice it looked like I was going to lose my reproductive organs. Dr. Ledger saved my organs and cleared them up so well that I was able to conceive and carry my son in 1995. I am ever so grateful to him for all he did to bring me so much happiness. I remember how scared I was then, but he made me believe everthing would be alright...and it was!

Dr. Ledger is an extremely personal, knowledgeable doctor. He is one of the few doctors I know that communicates with his patients via email, and in a timely fashion. Going to his office does require some patience, however, as his appointments usually run late.
