When Dr. Patel does a procedure, he has a presence about him that's a blend of calming and confident, not cocky. I can't guarantee that you will have no anxiety, but you could not be in better hands. In an office setting, he's knowledgeable, thorough, patient, understanding, kind, caring, comforting, professional, and respectful. I am so lucky to have been referred to him by a doctor of equal caliber, both passionate about their craft. He has completely shattered everything I had begun to believe about all doctors: God-complex, only selected the profession for the money, doesn't care about the patient's health and well-being, condescending, disregarding the patient's time, ignoring what the patient's claimed symptoms are, giving a pointless referral to pass the buck, not spending enough time with the patient to understand what the problem is and just writing a script without explanation, not taking the time to explain what is being prescribed or why it's being prescribed. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have a doctor like this after having had so many bad ones poison my perspective.
