I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Briglia! No other dentist that I have ever been to has taken such care in making sure that there is zero pain and discomfort. He really cares about making your visit to the dentist pain-free and comfortable and for the first time ever, I actually don't mind when I have to go to the dentist (instead of dreading or procrastinating it like I used to)! He is super friendly and nice and he also cares very much about the quality of work that he does, unlike a lot of other dentists that just want to shuffle you in and out and get the job done as quickly as possible so they can move onto the next patient (with quality not being a factor for them). His office staff is very nice and friendly, too. They are great at scheduling appointments because I am always seen right away or within a few minutes of my appointment time, unlike other dentists that I have been to that are usually running very late and have kept me waiting long past my appointment time. I have already highly recommended Dr. Briglia to my family and friends, and I am not someone who usually recommends anything, but I have been so pleased with my visits to Dr. Briglia’s office that I have been confidently recommending Dr. Briglia, knowing that I am recommending my loved ones to someone who really cares about the patient, their comfort, and quality work.

Fabulous -- his latest dental technician is great as well!
Speaking as a dental-phobic client, these folks have been able to patiently and sympathetically get me back into the office time and again, and have fixed over 20 years of improper dental care, both on my part and on the part of poor dentists.
Trust me on this --- there are people who can help you get better,and these are the ones. :-)

Dr Ron is the BEST dentist till date I have encountered. I had a fear of needles and the tools used by Dentists. But Rob changed my belief forever. I am currently undergoing teeth restoration sessions with him and I am more than pleased with his work. The painless numbing he uses, broke all my fears on dental procedures. If you are like me, you should consider visiting him once. He is very considerate and gives more detail in everything he does and I can see the care he takes from the way he handled me. I recommend Dr Ron to everyone I know who have a phobia to dental procedures. Dr. Ron can make wonders. Pay him a visit if you have doubts!!!

I had to have some of my lower teeth built up from the wear of my overbite and night-time tooth-grinding. After a very short wait I was in the chair and being prepped with a local anesthetic by a polite and personable Dental Assistant. From beginning to end there was not even the hint of pain when the needle came to numb my gums. Dr. Briglia was his usual upbeat and friendly self. He asked several times if I felt any pain and gave me a hand-signal to give if anything started to hurt. Nothing ever did. He carried out the procedure and made adjustments for proper and comfortable bite--making sure I was satisfied with the feel of my newly rebuilt teeth. He gave me a mirror to look at them and they looked like they used to look many many years ago--the right color and the right size and shape. I'm not big on taking pain-killers for when the anesthetic wears off, but upon Dr. Briglia's insistence, I took an advil and two tylenols. I guess it took an hour and a half or so for the numbness to go away, and there was no soreness--during or afterwards. Dr. Briglia actually called me that evening to see if everything was okay. It was. I could not ask for a better experience with a dentist!

Dr. Briglia is the best dentist I have ever seen. He is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help his patients. I am not a fan of visiting the dentist as is, however he made it so that my experience was as pleasurable and as positive as it could be. I would never go to another dentist again.

Dr. Briglia really helped us, showing a tremendous amount of caring for someone who was not his patient. My wife needed sedation root canal, and we had exhausted the options in our immediate area for reasonable and competent care. She was referred to Dr. Briglia by another dentist in the Main Line as someone who could help. She left a message at his office a week before Christmas and hours before Chanuka began, undoubtly one of the busiest times for families at any point in the year. He called us after 8PM that evening, carefully listened to the situation, and immediate referred my wife to his friend who could do the procedure well and quickly. He did not just give us a phone number, but took the effort that night to make positive contact with the other dentist to ensure the situation and severity was understood.

In the end, my wife got the excellent care she needed as fast as humanly possible considering the Holidays because Dr. Briglia cared enough to help a patient he never met.

If we got this kind of treatment as people not his patients, he must have a tremendous practice!

Had some major work done over several years and totally pleased with everything he's done. Very pleasant, understanding and professional - a perfectionist! I've recommended him to many and will continue to do so.
