Best chiropractor I have ever been to. His knowledge base is very large. Although, he did not practice acupuncture currently, He is also a professionally educated as an acupuncturist expanding his ability to understand the body. His techniques are different then from many other practitioners, but felt much more controlled.. IMO.

Dr. Manestar spent the time to recommended specific exercises to help my lower back. I felt better after my adjustment.
