Dr. Rosano was my favorite doctor out of all the ones I've ever seen in Arizona. She listens, encourages, spends time with you, and she really cares. She's genuinely wants you to get better. My chronic condition has improved a lot under her care. She relocated. I wish her all the best of luck to her future career and will miss her as my endocrinologist.

Horrible staff and horrible bed side!!! Do not go!!

Dr. Guseva was the most un caring doctor I have ever encounered. With no morals and no sympathy for her patients. When I was being checked for thyroid cancer she was not sympathedic one bit. I waited weeks for results that her and her staff were to busy to call and get. These are results to determine if I have cancer. I got in touch with her she was supposed to call me back with results and did not. How sad......Come to find out when I finally got the results I needed another biopsy.Again I was supposed to have results within days but waited weeks for. "Yah she's real caring" She told me before the results of the second biopsy I would be fine " I'm young" but she was wrong. Nice prediction doc........Then ordered me thyrogliben (may be spelled wrong) for a cancer screening however I was no longer her patient any longer and I was. Being billed well over 2, 000.00 for these meds and she gave them to another patient and left me footing the bill. Big Looser Gr. Gueseva is. :(

Doctor Guseva is a high class specialist. She is not only focused on my endocrine condition, but also my overall health and my feeling. I had two endocrinologists before and they were targeted only on the endocrine conditions and the test results. Thanks Dr. Guseva, I feel great now.

Dr. Guseva did not listen to my story. She took a look at my labs and said "I am 100% sure it is not your thyroid." Even though my T3 and T4 are low. She ordered some labs for me and I knew more about the labs than she did. She kept coming back to the idea that I might be insulin resistant, even though I don't have any of the symptoms. I've been trying to lose weight for 3 months and haven't lost one pound, even on a 1400 calorie/day diet with 6 days a week (5 hours a week) of working out. She implied that I'm supplementing with extra food and said, "You should double your workout time." I was on the verge of tears because I can't get any help and she smirked and laughed under her breath. Her staff was also very rude to me when I called with questions about my labs, and I was also told I had to wait one month until my follow up to speak with her about my lab results. I will not go back to her and do not recommend her to anyone.
