My last few experiences with this eye doctor and office have left me very disappointed and frustrated. Because of my profession, my eye doctor had told me at my initial visit that she would be willing to work with me. The previous front desk assistant knew me, and new the deal. Unfortunately for me, she was not there and Dr. Yamaguchi has forgot my special circumstance. My last visit(which was today) seemed an emergency to me. When I arrived the receptionist said that they do not take walk-ins. News to me. Dr. Yamaguchi herself told me that I cannot just walk in when I would like. It was clear that I was having eye issues. She walked away before I had even finished speaking. Had she looked more closely at my chart, she would see what my situation was. I do not feel she valued my business nor did she take my eye illness seriously. If a patient was still interested in visiting this office, please see DR. Rosales. I was treated by her once, and she was the most knowledgeable.
