Overall Dr. Graves was helpful but had obviously entered into this 1 of 2 sessions with preconceived notions when she assessed me during my divorce proceedings: "I bet you have had a history of dating beautiful but shallow women." She said this within five minutes of meeting me for the first time. It just wasn't very professional and took on a scolding tone. This statement was about as silly and presumptive as me telling her, "And I bet you chose this profession due to severe childhood trauma." Of course I didn't say that, nor do I believe this is the case with her. Because I had just met her- and that's the whole point.
