Would recommend to anyone in search of an ENT doctor. Very approachable, professional, and knowledgeable.

I went in a few weeks ago to get my tonsils removed and Dr. Hoff was a beyond excellent doctor. He explained everything that was going to happen and put me at ease. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. If your looking for a great doctor, look no further. It was an overall great experience, I had no complications and I'm doing very well thanks to Dr. Paul Hoff.

I just had half of my thyroid removed with Dr. Hoff and he was wonderful. He just happened to find a nodule on my thyroid during a consultation for a possible tonsillectomy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and always made me feel very comfortable. I had to get two needle aspirations before he decided that the actual surgery would be necessary to rule out thyroid cancer, and he was able to fit me in for both in the same week. If you are going in for thyroid surgery, I would look no further. I also plan on going back to him in about a year for my tonsils. Great doctor! He is not arrogant like the way many surgeons can seem, he is very kind and obviously extremely intelligent.

I had excessive nose bleeds. Dr. Hoff operated and thought he had fixed the problem since they stopped for the summer but returned in the winter. He operated again and stopped my excessive nose bleeds by finding the cause.

Dr. Hoff may or may not have been knowledgable, but he didn't say enough for me to judge! Despite the fact that I had surgery with him, I've never spoken to him for more than a few moments at a time. He explained virtually nothing about my surgery beforehand, only providing info upon excessive questioning from me. He was entirely unsympathetic and unresponsive when I had complications after the surgery, acting as though I was somehow being unreasonable when I came back to see him. If he had any theories about my complications, he never shared them with me even when I asked. In fact, I learned MUCH more from the physician's assistant I had to see when Dr. Hoff was unavailable than I ever had from him. Overall, he wasn't outright mean or neglectful, but he did not inspire my confidence or make me feel hopeful during this difficult recovery.
