this man is dangerous! I cam in with cardiac tachycardia, which i stated. He did no exam and never listened to my heart. After having and EKG monitor on for a little while and my blood pressure being monitored, never dropping below 178/110 and having labs drawn, he finally returned to my room stating all tests were negative, and my EKG was normal and discharged Me. Upon accessing mychart the next day, my EKG stated "abnormal" with among other diagnoses, a possible lateral infarction and anterior ischemia!!! He literally sent me out during a heart attack! If you present to CRH emergency room and are assigned Dr. Sherlock, get out FAST!!!!

Dr Sherlock is blatantly incompetent with an arrogance that requires an anti-emetic to look him in the eye. A 33 year old professional mother presented with nausea, vomiting, 10/10 pain scale for headache and neck ache. Temp of 102.5. CT was clear, thus his 18 years of experience suggested she was a drug seeker. He attempted to discharge her from the ED before being persuaded by family. He eventually began testing and got her in a room. Every protocol in the country would treat empirically for meningitis. Meaning, give a broad spectrum antibiotic while awaiting CSF cultures. He eventually begrudgingly admitted her. She was on the floor for 2.5hrs (in the hospital for 5hrs) before getting anti-emetics, pain meds, antibiotics or corticosteroids. Simply, sending her home could have quite possibly been a deadly outcome. The sad part is, not all patients have benefit of schooling that allows them to be their own advocate, or at least a family member who could be.
