I feel that she is very rude,she talks outside the room. Ifeel very uncomfertable talking to her. HIGHLY UNRECCOMENDED!!!!

Dr.Drake is a special person. She has been my Workman Comp. physician for over 5 years and has hung in there with them when their other doctors commited fruad.I could not have made it thur all this without her. If you feel that she is not listening you are wrong she is while typing your information in her computer.If you want someone who really cares about you as a person and will be there for you then stay with Dr. Drake because she will. Her old staff was so good to me but the new one this week was not one was very rude in the front office she should have kept the old staff but dont forget their is another Doctor that she shares the office with in which I am sure has a part in the office staff.

I really like Dr. Drake because is so laid back and makes me feel like I can talk to her just like any of my friends which is not normal for me with doctors. However the wait times at this office are RIDICULOUS and if you want to get in quicker then you'll need to see the PA Debbie Hinkle who is the worst ever and no matter what symptoms I may have had going in with I'm always diagnosed with bronchitis and she really brings the office down. P.S. I've moved recently closer to the Nashville office and now get in much quicker.

I was a long standing patient of Dr. Drakes. It seems like she hides behind her computer and only half listens to her patients now. I can hardly finish what I am saying before she diagnoses me. It is a nightmare trying to get an appointment with her anymore, I am always told to schedule with the PA. (who is absolutely rude and unprofessional). I have since changed my doctor and would not recommend her to my family.

Office Staff is horrible. Unfriendly, even rude. Clinical staff seems better but displays indifference. I've waiting an average of 1 to 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time to be seen and that is routine. Not much is clearly explained and everything seems to revolve around her computer. While pleasant enough, she seems distant and disinterested. Second Rate to be sure. I would not recommend this clinic and have decided to find a new physician after this last visit.

Dr. Drake used to be a caring doctor. Lately you dont see her much you see her pa who is not very good. I waited in a room for almost an hour. The time spent with me was very limited and short. I had to change my doctor

I thought doctor drake was very nice...comfortable to talk to. Her staff on the other hand...is terrible...I actually had one young lady take my temperature with her hands reeking of ciggarette smoke. When I mentioned it she said it was because she put her cigarette butt in her pocket. I was disgusted...very unsanitary. They are rude on the phone and unhelpful. The office just feels dirty, doesn't feel comfortable at all.

Dr. Drake was over an hour late for our first appointment. She had an emergency that morning, and I understand this. I do not understand, however, that her staff did not see fit to inform me of this, in spite of the fact that I was the only patient in the waiting room at the time. Our second appointment went much more smoothly, although I did not get the impression that Dr. Drake was listening to what I was saying. It seemed that she heard part of my words, then concluded what I was going to say before I finished. When her responses were inappropriate to my questions, I didn't even mention it to her - I just never went back.

Doctors make me very nervous but the atmosphere of the office and her more laid back personality made me comfortable.

Dr. Drake is a loving and compassionate doctor. There are some doctors that practice for a pay check, but I feel that she was brought here to touch people's lives for the better. I love her.
