It has taken more to overcome the verbal abuse I suffered from Dr. Wade than it has taken to overcome the depression she diagnosed

Do not go here if you are depressed or anxious or anything that isn't something simple that does not require you to be of a sound mind. They will fight you to get in. You will hate life more just dealing with the staff.

Dr. Wade has helped me tremendously, she is compassionate and very caring, she has helped me through some very painful and uncomfortable issues. I am so glad that I am seeing her.

I have seen more than 13 psychologists and Dr. Wade is the best! If you are not ready to deal with stuff do not see her. She works collaboratively with patient and if you want someone to fix you, you will quickly learn that Dr. Wade guides us through the maze as coach but we have to be ready to do the work.

Dr. Wade didn't seem to listen at all. She continually stated that she does what she does and if I didn't like it I could hire someone else. It took a tremendous amount of effort for me to seek help and it's greatly disheartening that the person I went to just told me to hire someone else but with no recommendations. I was looking for someone with some compassion to what I was going through but instead I was met with someone who continually talked about her dog being trained to lead her just in case she goes blind. She may work for some but defiantly isn't someone that demonstrates compassion to the pain of that her patients are going through.

I really liked working with Dr. Wade. She helped to provide structure, in a clear and direct manner. She helped me learn skill to empower myself to speak up without feeling guilty and to feel OK about dealing with people who think they can treat you like a doormat. I would go back to see her if I needed to!

(insurance - PHP, federal retiree) Dr. Wade is a very dynamic, action-oriented practitioner. She asks direct questions, and is very clear in information she provides on how she views your actions or inaction. None of this, "and how did this make you feel?" Even if you feel ineffective in a situation, she is supportive in a realistic way, and offers specific suggestions for improving your relationships.

Dr. Wade provides helpful and direct feedback. I really liked working with her and will go back to see her again if I had a personal problem!!
