Dr. Paul Smerz cancelled appts and was a no show for his new patient, my husband struggling with addiction . After a few appts, Dr. Smerz vanished.
We left numerous messages for weeks. No response. Dr. Smerz does not care. If he can't call back, someone in the office certainly should. Very unprofessional.
