I found her to be no assuming and very accepting. But she was 10 minutes late starting most of my sessions and ended early. I was only in therapy for a few months but she seemed distracted sometimes. I saw her 2 times a month and asked for more frequent sessions. Whenever we scheduled the next appointment, she seemed to forget that I asked for more frequent sessions. My anxiety level was high though because of OCD. I liked her but am now with someone who spends a full 50 minutes with me and schedules me extra appointments when I ask.

I agree with the other reviewer. Dr Gulko is very good at her job and has helped me with numerous things. I have had other therapists and Dr. Gulko has by far been the one who has helped me the most, and in a fairly short period of time (months).

Judith Gulko has a PhD is psychology and she has a great deal of experience. She has a very unassuming style and is very easy to talk with. I thought she was very helpful with my overeating and I highly recommend her. She doesn't judge a behavior but helps you understand it so you can change it. She has a website as well which you can find through Google.
