Prior to choosing Dr. Freeman, I did extensive research and attended multiple consultations. I was instantly impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable both his reception staff (especially Angie) and nurses were. All staff played an important role in surgery and follow-up appointments.

I would recommend Dr. Freeman to anyone. I learned so much from my initial consultation with him. His experience, techniques, and methods for the recovery were far superior to other surgeons I had consultations with. Dr. Freeman is very professional, highly skilled, and listened to my concerns. Both he and his staff spent time preparing me for surgery and aiding me in my recovery; including personal phone calls and multiple follow-up visits. I could not be happier with my results!

I am a 59-year-old woman. Dr. Freeman is the best facial plastic surgeon I’ve worked with. I’ve had work done before and I can tell you, he’s the best. I had a face lift and a CO2 laser treatment. He lifted the muscle underneath my face, so I ended up with a very natural result (not the scary, pulled-too-tight look that I’ve often seen). My 89-year-old mom told me I got the best face lift she’s ever seen (and she’s seen plenty). My husband told me I got the best face lift “on the planet.” I ran into a college friend I had not seen for almost 40 years and he said how in the world was it possible that I had not changed at all - at all, he emphasized - since he last saw me. This was not true, obviously, because I do not look 22. However, I do not look 59 either! I think Dr Freeman took at least a decade off my face, and maybe significantly more. Yes, I still have some lines and I’m happy I do. It would look unnatural if I didn’t. Oh, and let me say, he works magic with the neck. I don’t know how exactly, but my neck looks so much better. Regarding the procedures, especially if you do the CO2 laser treatment, expect some down time and some real discomfort. The laser recovery was no fun at all, but it is a game changer if you are willing and able to stay home a couple of weeks out of sight. My swelling took a while to go down. Every month that went by, I looked better. Yes, you can be seen in public within the time frame Dr Freeman tells you, but by no means will this be your final result. In six months, you’ll be close to the final result. But I continued to see minor changes until around 9 months out. My skin was very sun- sensitive for at least six months (always wear 50+ sunscreen if you’re going to be in the sun, even for a short time, for the first 6 to 8 months, and even in the car because the sun will burn you through the window if you don’t use sunblock). My main piece of advice is to be patient and don’t panic if the swelling is uneven, or your smile is crooked, or your face is spotty red…I experienced all of this and was worried about my final result for a long time but as the months passed, everything resolved itself. Be patient - your face will take time to heal - and do not expect a “final” result until at least the six month mark. Trust me, it’s well worth the wait!!

Through Dr. Freeman’s mastery of facial plastic surgery, I now look at least 10 to 15 years younger. I am a 64-year-old man. The procedures performed for me included a deep plane mini-tuck (to correct face and neck skin laxity), soof lift (to correct under-eye bags), brow lift (to correct eye lid sag) and a small chin implant (to improve my profile). [Note: I didn’t even know I needed a chin implant, but I did and like it!] Dr. Freeman’s skill in performing the deep plane face lift, honed by years of experience, is a procedure few plastics surgeons are well-trained to perform (or perform at all). It is the gold standard in face lift surgery resulting in a more natural post-operative appearance. All one needs to do is look at the amazing before-and-after photos for proof of Dr. Freeman’s ability to transform his patients into their younger selves. I would highly recommend Dr. Freeman and his professional, friendly staff!

I have had an overall great experience at Only Faces. From the consultation to the post-surgical appointments, Dr. Sean Freeman and his staff have always been very helpful and make me feel comfortable there. I am very pleased with my rhinoplasty results, and I would recommend him to anyone. I go to grad school 3 hours away, and they have been very accommodating to my schedule for all the appointments.

Very nice work! I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr Sean Freeman in Jan 2020 ! My first rhinoplasty was in 2009 with another surgeon & my tip ended up being very bad! It was lopsided and bulbous! I was very upset with it but then Dr Freeman came to the rescue! I highly recommend him for nose jobs!! I feel much more confident now! He can handle complex cases!!!! Great staff!!!!

I am a 63 year old male that looked tired with drooping eyes and an inherited turkey neck. I workout regularly and am not ready to surrender to the aging process. Seven months ago Dr. Freeman performed a brow lift, blepharoplasty (under eye procedure), and a chin lift. I am delighted with the results! He took off years without making me appear "done". Dr. Freeman is a seasoned and skilled surgeon that projects confidence. He and the staff were pragmatic and friendly; putting me at ease. I’m meticulous in researching just about everything, almost to a fault. When I finally made the decision to have a neck lift and rhinoplasty, I was looking for the best, of course.
