On the one hand, I had to wait until several hours for the doctor to start the consultation in his medical office, "was delayed continuously and arrived when he wanted." And on other occasions, the doctor canceled my appointment and without explanation, she left her office, just minutes before my appointment was scheduled. I did not get a reasonable accommodation on a new date for a new consultation.
The treatment of the doctor I consider very impersonal.
