Dr. Bruce is a good psychologist in some ways. However, sometimes I felt that he was not fully present when i went to see him. For example, he would spend time filling out my insurance paperwork while I was talking to him. But I would have rather he have used my time to counsel me, and then fill out my insurance paperwork and chart notes after my visit. Because I this, I felt undervalued, which is not a good thing to perceive when that's one of the reasons I was going to see him to seek resolution. I asked him not to take notes and he agreed, but I didn't always feel his presence with me.
