Biography

Dr. Armas-Kolostroubis earned her medical degree from La Salle University in Mexico City, Mexico. She completed her internal medicine residency training at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, TX. She then completed a general internal medicine and women’s health fellowship at Dallas Veterans Administration Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital, respectively. She has provided comprehensive HIV care since 1998 and has been actively involved in HIV and primary care research, teaching and advocacy since then. She served in several committees at the local, national and international level, In 2010 she completed a quality management fellowship at the National Quality Center in New York City, NY Dr. Armas-Kolostroubis is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and in Mexico. She is fluent in English and Spanish and speaks intermediate Greek. She is a member of the International AIDS Society, American Academy of HIV Medicine, Fellow of the American College of Physicians, HIV Medicine Association.
