People be wary, don't go to that horrible, nasty, trashy and smelly place. Very bad service and office staff. Office manager, Barb, is the meanest one and needs to be fired ASAP. Waiting time in that mess and disgrace - over 1 hour at the doctor's consultation expense. I won't be back again, won't let them milk my insurance and will file legal complaint.

I went in for headache problems in beginning of December. Was set up with an appointment for a ct scan. I rearranged work to accommodate it. I received a call from hospital because I was bumped out because his office did not submit the insurance approval. This would happen two more times. I more or less gave up on it. A few weeks ago I injured my knee. I was set up for a mri appointment. Just like the ct scan I was bumped because they didn't send over the insurance approval. I was set up with another appointment. To make sure this did not happen I went in. Barb the office receptionist/manager was completely bothered by me coming in stating before even saying hello "I already spoke to your wife and I told her what I'm going to tell you and that I will get to it when I'm done with our patients here!" I did not know my wife called so I taken back by her attitude. The office was empty so I was confused by her "patients" statement. I was also a little agitated because I was still the patient that was not finished being helped from December. At that point I just asked if she could get it done because I have to arrange work days for these appointments. We called the booking a couple days later and it had yet to be done. They called her and provided her everything that she needed to do finalize the authorization practically holding Barb's hand and walking her through it. Needless to say I just got the call from booking a few minutes ago that I have been bumped again. My insurance is good and to be honest at this point I would just pay out of pocket to save agrivation. How is someone like Barb employed in this field?

Dr. Dalawari is very knowledgeable. I have MS, and it is refreshing to see a GP who actually knows about my disease, rather than me having to educate them. I am very impressed by the short wait time, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the office, and the time he spends with each patient. I feel that he addresses all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely keep returning to see him.

He was the doctor "on call" while my father's primary doctor was on vacation. He was left a note by the nurse to contact me (as my Father's Legal Guardian and Primary Caregiver) once he saw my dad (was in ICU). He ignored the note and discharged my dad from the hospital without contacting me. When I called to ask him questions about my dad's discharge, he was rude. He cut off my questions and conversation, wouldn't listen to the questions I had for him, and made excuses as to why he didn't contact me at my request. He finally resolved to say that he didn't call because he wasn't feeling well and asked me if I could tell by the sound of his voice. I had never spoken with this man. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to that might have some answers to my questions, and he said no. I asked him if he could call me back when he was in front of my dad's chart (he said that he was driving at the time), so that he could answer my questions and was told that he would call me later.
