I am sorry if I have offended those offering these negative comments...I have always believed that one does the best they can with where they are at, with what they have, in one's life's journey...Forgive others, that they may forgive you.
With that in mind, I retired in August 2020.

This doctor is the absolute rude and offensive, disrespectful petson I have ever met. How did he become a doctor is a question to the college of physicians and surgeons. He insulted me in the examination room multiple times. I only regret not suing him back then. 0/10.

I saw Dr.Lockwood many years ago regarding my Sue’s with my skin.He was horrible to me and told me I had a terrible face which is not true.
I was horrified.What Dr.says that to a female?
I found him arrogant and nasty.
I never went back and I have never forgotten how he treated me.I would never let him do anything surgical to me ever.

Lockwood is disrespectful, patronizing, and dismissive. I have no idea why is allowed to continue with his practice.

Had several moles removed. One grew back. Had it removed again. Scarring took place and remained, it was the same size of my mole & raised. Was told the scar was likely hypertrophic because of how my body healed. the wound. This doctor did not know how to fix it and offered to shoot botox into it. Botox is a temporary solution right? He also told me his assistant told him my scarring wasn't a case the clinic wanted to continually treat since the scar was how my body tried to heal the wound from the mole being removed. He wasn't rude about it but was very straight forward. I wasn't going to subject my facial scar to a solution he wasn't sure world work, plus pay for a maybe solution. No thanks. Never went back.

Dr Lockwood is highly respectable, considerate, kind and I completely felt as though I was in good hands during my procedure. The nurses are very kind, and extremely helpful at addressing all questions and concerns and putting you at ease with everything that’s going on. I really appreciate them all and I loved my experience here and am thrilled with my results.

He performed my surgery and I have had nothing but great experiences at the First Glance. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and amazing surgeons! Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I have been going to The First Glance for years. We both have had surgery, injections and laser treatments there. The staff are first rate and the best at what they do. I have tried some other clinic and med-spas but just don’t get the same expertise that I get here. There is a definite
change in the work culture there in the last few months - in a positive way - you can see how happy the staff are. When I asked one of them they said that there is new management which based on the reviews left prior I could see was needed. I’m happy for the staff even though I never experienced anything but the best customer care over the years. There is simply no better place to go.

Major attitudes in this office. The office manager is a real piece of work. I'm not sure how this place stays in business with how rude and innept they are. They've messed up my appointment times on multiple occasions where they either entered in my appt time wrong or moved it without informing me because the date and time was different than on the appointment card. I don't know why he chooses such miserable staff. Not friendly. not helpful. Just stuck up and rude and over what? A receptionist job? You're not rocket scientists. Take a seat.
