Was suppose to have a surgery by Dr Lockwood, but ended up canceling it. I can’t believe the way I was treated by their one staff member, Summer. She is very rude! Anytime I asked a questions it was like pulling teeth.
I’m now getting my surgery done by somebody else.
Dr Lockwood might be a great doctor, but I wasn’t willing to put up with the staff.

This clinic (First Glance) was atrocious to deal with and Dr. Lockwood is an absolute nightmare. I went in for a vein procedure that has left me looking aesthetically much worse after paying $500 but worse yet is the pain and discomfort I've been in for 4 months. When I had had a few follow up appointments to talk about my concerns Dr. Lockwood was defensive, dismissive and patronizing. He shifted blame, tried to tell me what I was feeling (told me I was happy with the procedure) and asked me what it was I wanted him to do about the botched job. When I asked if the clinic had any responsibility for the pain and poor aesthetics on my body he told me "I'm not the one who performed the procedure" (which is true, Dana De Boer did, nurse at the clinic), but they sent me to him so I reminded him that I was sitting with him, had an appointment with him, so who exactly was I supposed to talk to then? He stared blankly. He told me I needed another procedure, to go see a doctor about my pain or take Advil and to find another place to get the aesthetics right and left me with that. The nurse that performed the procedure was not any better and I was given attitude on the phone by a nurse helper when making the follow up appointment. Now I have to find a way to deal with pain and a bunch of horrific dark bulging veins on my body that weren't there before and on top of it I was treated very poorly by both Lockwood and the staff at First Glance, not to mention the good money I paid them for all of this (Side note: some of the receptionists were polite and kind, I do not want to throw them under the bus). Please be very careful if you need this procedure done and please do not go to First Glance.

Pompous, fake, and no class at all....stay as far away from him as you can, as he says “ surgery is a crapshoot you’re never guaranteed the results you expect.

Dr.Lockwood performed my BA just about a year ago. He is amazing. From my consult to my follow up’s, he’s taken such good care of me. My breasts look exactly as promised. The staff are always super caring as well. Robyn is my favorite!

I always have great experiences at First Glance Aesthetic Clinic. Dr. Lockwood and his staff are amazing! Everyone that works here has always made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I would 100% recommend Dr. Lockwood to anyone I know.

I had a breast augmentation back in 2015 with Dr Lockwood. I can’t say enough how much he cares about his patients, and his knowledge is unmatched. He didn’t let me go too big for my body because he said I would look ridiculous, I’m happy he was honest because if I had no listened and went bigger I would have so much regret right now. I’ve been to other doctors for consult before choosing Dr. Lockwood and I felt like the other surgeons genuinely care or properly inform me about anything about the procedure. Dr. Lockwood truly cares about his work and patients. 10/10

Dr Lockwood is good. His staff, particulary the office manager, are awful. Unprofessional, no tact, too many lip injections have seeped into her brain. Never met anyone so rude . Dr Lockwood should send her for client service training. Never going back.
