Great ER doc!!! He takes exceptional care of patients when it’s an emergency and takes time to explain if your condition is nonemergent and can be followed up with your primary care. He has saved countless lives. Kind, caring, compassionate. A rare find!

Great doctor just don't lie to get drugs and pretty much every doctor is great but dr. Hepburn is a real laid bach but also professional dr.

Dr. Robert Hepburn is extremely rude and did not listen to any of my concerns. He came up with a diagnosis without asking me ANY questions and when I started explaining my symptoms and why his diagnoses was only half right he took offense, stomped off like a child and yelled at the nurses to discharge me NOW. I passed out in the wheelchair as I was being lead out and the nurse just walked away from me and left me at the door with the front desk administration until I woke up, because that was the Drs orders. So disappointed in the entire hospital but Dr. HEPBURN was the worst doctor I've encountered in my life. Absolutely no compassion. I left the hospital not knowing if I would make it through the night because he didn't want me challenging his tunnel visioned thoughts. He needs to find a new professional, one that doesn't involve helping people because he's terrible at it.

Extremely rude and condescending towards me and my medical concerns. I felt rushed and lack of sympathy or care from this individual, very icy demeanor, staff was somewhat friendly.

I agree completely with the commenter about his bedside manner being dreadful. He may be knowledgable, but he doesn't have to make an unhappy and confused patient even more upset in the process.

Truly awful bed side manner. Dr. Robert Hepburn talked down to me like I was an idiot and showed me no compassion whatsoever. I checked myself early because of him. It's too bad because the nursing staff was generally good but Dr. Robert Hepburn treated me horribly. My friend drove me 40 minutes to the ER at St. Luke's because he thought it was a good hospital but it ended up being a horrible experience. Go to Banner in Mesa or anywhere else. Terrible.
