Waited over an hour in the patient room before leaving and asking for a refund, all of a sudden she's available. Talks but doesn't listen, very 1 way and rushed. This office (Aliso Viejo) also lacks communication. Will return to kaiser but not to this doctor..

She is ok, though she doesn't seem to be too thorough. She would check things you would tell her about, but doesn't seem like she would be too proactive.
