The whole staff is amazing! Their compassion for the patients is beyond any expectation we could have ever had. We will be forever grateful for all that was done for us and our family.

This is my first time doing IVF, and I am very disappointed of how the nurses treat me. Venessa and Lisa Morton are not personable or caring at all. they are very hard to talk to. Vennessa gave my husband and I the teaching lesson on how to administer medication. However, the medication I received are different from the ones she showed us. I am in complete lost. I sent Lisa a message asking for a step by step instructions. She did not provide anything. I called again on the day I have to administer my first dose, and the only thing I get was a simple dose instruction from another nurse. I didn't know how to use most of the supplies. I had to use youtube to help me mix the medication. we pay so much for a very poor service. I am very disappointed.

My husband and I had seen several doctors before seeing hfi. The other doctors made us go through numerous tests, after insurance costing us over $2000. When we decided to go see hfi, they told us I had been incorrectly diagnosed. Had we stayed with other doctors I would have been put through pointless and dangerous procedures that would have left me completely sterile. I would recrecommend hfi to everyone I know!

Please be very careful when dealing with these people was told that I needed a D&C before moving forward to IVF. After D&C was told that I had cancer and needed to have hysterectomy. Felt like they were pushing me toward and option of using a surrogate. Knowing that I had other options I did not use the oncologist that they wanted me to use. I went to another doctor and had another D&C and was told that I have no sign of cancer. Do not let them rush you into anything. If I had listen to them I would not have a uterus. Be Careful

the staff are the rudest people i had ever encountered. The doctor did not even try to work with my fertility. I was 41 but now I hear of women having babies up to 47 years old. If he was such and expert, he would have been able to help me.

LOVED Dr. Haddad from day one! I was a surrogate for a friend and he was amazing through the entire process! Would use him again without any hesitation. Some of the office staff could be a little rude at times, but he made up for it!

Dr. Haddad is a very knowledgeable Dr. He assisted me with peroffesionalism and compassion. My situation was a a difficult one, said by many other Drs. However, when I fist met Dr. Haddad it seemed like no challenge to him. His staff was helpful and friendly and Patient with me. Emotions fly high with IF, eventhough, his staff and he always stayed proffesional and compassionate to all of there patients. Dr. Haddad and his staff, after many Drs. before, fullfilled my dream of becoming a mom. I am a mother of twins and am going back to this wonderful team for a 3rd baby soon. I Highly recommend this Dr. and his team. The DRIVE IS WELL WORTH IT!!!!

Dr. Haddad is a wonderful caring doctor. He helped us get pregnant with our son last year. I would highly recommend him to any close family memeber or friend.
