Dr. Phil sees my 13 year old son who was depressed but is feeling better. My son really likes him and he is feeling better.

Didn't help me at all....after 2 visits I fired him and am seeing someone who's helped me from the first visit on.

Dr. Alexander is knowledgeable in multiple approaches. We are currently using cognitive therapy, exposure therapy, neurofeedback, and mindfulness. I have only been 5 times so far but my anxiety/OCD is getting better and I am feeling much more hopeful.
