Staff was very mixed in service. Some were unprofessional cuz its a county hostipal inpatient facility. These staff had their own supervisors. I don't believe these staff are even hired or fireable by the doctors. These staff should follow Dr. Chofla as a model of how to give excellent patient care. Dr. Chofla seems like he cares about me even though he seems like the most busy doctors there. There are other staff at the hospital that are also great. It seems like a very tough place to work at times and I apprecrete staff that can be friendly and professional.
