Late for appointment. Seemed knowledgeable but very arrogant. Scheduling surgery took almost a month to finally hear from scheduler. When I went for a second opinion the records department kept messing up by not sending my records all together. Had to keep calling and finally after 2-3 weeks everything got to the other surgeon. I know it's not the dr.s fault but just seems like a lot of incompetence.
