Remember the old saying “That was as fun as a root canal”? Well, you can forget it now. A few weeks ago I went to my dentist and they said I needed an emergency root canal. My dentist called Dr. Bernstein’s office and they got me in at 7:30pm that same day and did the procedure that night. The staff was excellent, they texted me throughout the day to get everything setup. Once I arrived for my appointment, they made me feel comfortable and were ready to go the minute I stepped into the office. After the X-rays were completed, I sat in the chair and they asked me what music I wanted to listen to while they were performing the procedure. Dr. Bernstein came in and went through my x-rays and explained to me what he was going to do to try to save my tooth. I was apprehensive when he pulled out the needle but I didn’t feel a thing when he stuck it in me 6 times. Not sure why, maybe it was a fine gauge needle but after a few seconds, the hard part was over. An hour later, I was on my way home.
On Saturday before my follow up appointment, my tooth was starting to hurt again, I texted the office on Saturday not expecting a response yet received one a few minutes later. Dr. Bernstein was on the road and was nice enough to diagnose me and call in a prescription for some Antibiotics. I went back on Monday and they completed the root canal. 2nd visit, same as the first. Excellent. They even texted me on Tuesday to see if I was ok.
I hope I never need another root canal but if I do, Dr. Bernstein will be the one I’ll call without hesitation. He and his great team are amazing.

Very professional. A great dental experience. Dr. Bernstein explained what he was doing and he was very kind and considerate. I highly recommend him to anyone. He was willing to see me after hours because I was in pain and was able to save a tooth that I previously thought would have to be pulled. He fee was very reasonable. His x-ray equipment is awesome. I thought it was very nice of him to call me the next day to check on me. It's not often that a Dr. takes a personal interest in his patients. Dr. Bernstein, my thanks and appreciation for your care!

Beautiful office, nice Doc, Harvard guy, the best treatment, no wait, good fee--I called around--nice staff. Felt like I went to the movies, not the dentist--put a movie on a giant TV on the ceiling for me to watch while he fixed my tooth. No pain. He called me the next day to see how I was doing. Five stars! Your crazy to go anywhere else.
