Can't ever get an appointment with the ACTUAL doctor, always get a PA pushed on me, even when specifically making the appointment with the doctor. I had ringing in my ear, I was told at my age it is perfectly normal and he never even look at my ears. Ended up leaving him, seeing a different GP who DID look in my ears, referred me to an ENT and I had loads of wax that needed to be flushed. That office did NOTHING to help me, even after being a patient for over 10 years. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Have been with Dr. Carlin's office for 15+ years. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. The only time I had to wait a while to be seen is when they squeezed me in same day for an emergency. Would recommend this practice.

Never have to wait very long. Nice staff. Doc takes time to listen to your complaints. Lacks follow up though.

Overall, I think Dr. Carlin's office is somewhere between average and slightly above average. The staff seems to get along very well but they probably need to keep that to a minimum in front of patients. I've been with Dr. Carlin for more than 10 years and I find him to be a reliable and consistent practitioner. He's generally available if you need him. He has given sound guidance over the years.

this guy answers personal phone calls from his wife and kids in the examining room on two separate occasions. he did not even ask my 75 year old mother to take her sock off to examine her foot after she complained of ankle pain and poor circulation! NOT VERY HELPFUL!

fantastic Doctor, very good. extremely helpful, knows his stuff. My whole family goes to him. i have many health issues, he has taken good care of me. He was available when I had an emergency.
