Love Dr. Shane, my husband and I will not see anyone else! Always on time, very professional, staff has always been great. I have recommended her to several people.

AVOID THIS DOCTOR: We scheduled our appointment in the morning and despite this, we were still forced to wait over 2 hours. When the examination was over, my wife and I had to take our children to lunch and then return to fit some frames. We returned and I was given a pair of contact lens for trial. I returned when another trial pair arrived and after a brief exam, advised that they were great and was handed my prescription. Little did I know I was BEGIN MISLED into another hidden charge. I was advised that I had to return and be charged another $29.00 to "finalize" the prescription. I ALREADY DID THAT!! I went to complain in person and was not given any other options. I was forced to pay out of pocket with another optometrist and I never received my prescription to order additional disposable contact lenses.

I booked my appointment the same day and was able to get in at the time I needed as well as use my insurance benefits for both my eye exam and glasses. They also offered an extended warrenty on my purchase with allows me to replace my purchase for most incidentals at just $25co-pay(with kids and pets accidents happen). The staff was extremeley helpful and knowledgable. I will definitley be coming back here next year!
