Blue Cross / Blue Shield
The amount paid is for one tooth. Unfortunately I had two abcesses at the same time. Dr. Fu is an endodontist. He saw me on an emergency basis. He is sweet in nature and was patient with me. He is up to date on all of the latest equipment and treatments. I recommend him highly to anyone who may need endo treatment.
