Hanks couldn't get my lower back to adjust the usual way, so then he starts putting extreme pressure on my lower back with his fists--hurt like hell! Don't know why he didn't explain what he was trying to do and that it was gonna fricken hurt! Still wondering why he hurt me--still in pain after 5 days, very sore. Then he has the nerve to say, when I got up that my posture is poor and that I lean forward because of the weight I carry on my top half! I was hunching over because of the extreme pressure that he had just inflicted on my lower back!!! I shall never return for more abuse!!! The girl that comes in and runs the electrical nodes accross your back had it turned up way to high. I told her I could barely stand the pain and she still kept on inflicting pain on me!... I'm done!!!
