My experience with Dr. Wagner and the Heart of America team has been top notch. They have been very informative and supportive every step of this journey. I felt I had all of the knowledge I could possibly have going into this surgery and felt very safe before and after. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I was very impressed how the Dr. was concerned when I told him about my liver disorder. The staff educated them selves so I could be treated accordingly. Very little pain. To whom it may concern,- While this was not an easy decision to have Bariatric surgery, it was a pleasure dealing with Dr. Wagner and Dr. Snow's office. They made me very comfortable knowing I have them to count on after the procedure, which I believe is the hard part. ALTHOUGH I HAD MY SURGERY IN 2005, I CAN RECALL THE EXPERIENCE BEING ONE THAT WAS PLEASANT. THE STAFF CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AND DR, WAGNER WAS PHENOMENAL. HE NOT ONLY PERFORMED A GREAT SURGICAL PROCEDURE ON ME; HE ALSO DEMONSTRATED PATIENCE AND COMPASSION. I ALWAYS LEAVE WITH THE FEELING THAT HE CARES AND I'M NOT JUST A NUMBER OR DOLLAR. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY SINGLE TIME. I COULDN'T HAVE PICKED A BETTER PYSICIAN TO PERFORM MY SURGERY AND TAKE CARE OF MY POST SURGICAL PROCEDURE CARE.

I was very impressed with the processes and how Dr. Wagner wanted to make sure everyone was on the same page. Even though I am only about 50 days post-op, I truly believe having the surgery with Dr. Wagner was the best decision for my future.
